The SWEET CELIA Headband ~ 50% will be donated to BDSRA

This beautiful piece was designed for a beautiful little girl named Celia that I had the honor of knowing and loving. So sadly, Celia passed away on January 15, 2012. She had a very rare disease called Batten's Disease. We want to help raise awareness in hopes that more and more people will reach out and spread the word about Batten's Disease. 50% of the proceeds of this piece will be donated to the Batten's Disease Research Association ~ www.bdsra.org ~ in memory of Celia. These beautiful rosettes are upcycled from cotton fabrics and adorned with a lovely rhinestone flower brooch that can be removed and worn by Mom or a family member. It is secured to a stretchy soft ruffled headband for a comfortable, soft fit.

**Vintage products made with upcycled fabric remnants are meant to fray over time. Feel free to carefully trim off threads or let them be and enjoy the vintage feel of the piece!
